WPC is a company based in Alberta with a straightforward mission: clean, safe, and well-maintained roads form the backbone of a strong community. Founded by Olivier Mercier, our team primarily consists of first responders: individuals who already risk their lives to protect their neighbours. This same dedication drives us every day on every job.  

Rooted in the family-oriented values that characterize Albertans, we are committed to sustainability and the long-term well-being of our community. Customer service and satisfaction are our top priorities. We treat every street, parking lot, and roadway as if it serves our own families, because it does. Our mission is to protect and beautify our province, one road at a time, for generations to come.
